Here is a nice Lionel gondola from the earliest days of the postwar production. This is the 1945 version of the 2452 with the fiber board and flying shoe pick up. As you know, this is a very collectible version of this car.
The car is in excellent shape and the lettering is all very good. The inside of the gondola shows wear.
The original owner painted a little on the original barrels. I have included an additional four original barrels for your aesthetic pleasure, but I like to keep the original stuff together, so you get all eight! I just can't break up a family.

CONDITION: C-7. Car shows some playwear. Wheels show wear. Couplers and trucks look good. With four original barrels that original owner painted, etc. Have included another four original cleaner barrels for you.
The BOX is here but is soft and shows wear. One end flap is off but present. The car is nice and complete.
