This is a set released in 2002. The Pratt's Hollow Phantom series is a super cool fantasy set that is like NO OTHER set of cars you have. This is the silver version, third Phantom set released in the series.

By the 1920s, the automobile was steadily growing in popularity as a means of transporting passengers and hauling freight. It was clear that this revolution would threaten the railroad industry.
In Pratt's Hollow, Missouri, a clandestine group of professional railroad designers secretly collaborated to develop a modern locomotive that would triumph over the automobile by employing many new technologies in the design of railroad equipment. To the Pratt's Hollow group, efficiency was paramount in competing with the auto industry, but not at the expense of style. Until the designs were completed and patented, these new ideas were carefully guarded from public knowledge. Mysteriously, this never happened.
CONDITION: C-8. Cars are all in excellent plus to like new condition with boxes and set box. Cars show very light signs of use as if test run only. If you look super up close, you can see a little bit of evidence on wheels they have been on track, but they look C-8 to C-9. Tested and all light up. Boxes all here excellent to like new. Outer set box is clean but has a few creased corners. Has all inner boxes. Pictures show it all.
