Here is a set of Lionel die cast illuminated bumpers. When your train hits the black part, your trolley or gang car will reverse direction. OR you can put them at the end of the line in your trainyard. It lights up red on top.
These are BROWN which is a great shade for your bumpers. The original postwar ones were most commonly red (some black and even fewer gray).
