You are looking at a VERY SPECIAL trolley that was only available as an on-site purchase at the 2009 Lionel Collectors Club of America National Convention in Sacramento in 2009.
This one started life as another trolley and was redecorated by Weaver Models Trains for this event. Check out the "Avery House" on the destination boards, the super cool Lionel catalog cover ad banner on the sides, and the Sacramento logo which was reworked from the figure holding a golden nugget to holding a train.
It is an operating trolley. It comes in the original item box.
