You are looking at a Lionel Trolley from the good old days...
The Lionel trolley is one of those iconic pieces of the 1950s that everyone should have. As you know, when the trolley bumpers hit a stationary object, such as a Lionel 260 bumper, it reverses direction and goes the other way, and the pole on the roof correspondingly reverses direction. Very cool!

CONDITION: C-6+. Complete. Looks real nice. Tested and Runs and reverses. The print looks good on this one. There are some very light rubs if you look real close. Would be full C-7 if not for some light rust spots on the inside of the metal bumpers. The box is present, but is very rough, P-3, brittle, torn and missing flaps with tape residue. With a copy of the original instructions.
