You are looking at one of the more desirable NW-2s from the 1950s. These #6250 units have such a great orange and blue paint scheme, and they are good runners. It was released from 1954-55.

CONDITION: C-6 cosmetically with paint rubs, nicks and scratches all visible. Tested and runs, reverses, and lights. Cosmetically complete with wire handrails, stanchions, etc. "Seaboard" lettering decal shows some wear and edge chipping. Cab "medallion" decals look good. Some playwear from runtime on wheels and pickups.
