You are looking at the body shells of a vintage Lionel articulated streamliner O gauge train set that has been repainted. This is the famous 1930's Prewar City of Portland, nicely prepped and repainted in the yellow and brown. I cannot vouch that this is an exact shade to match the originals, but it looks very good.
The lot includes
- 752E Engine shell and front die cast cab
- 753 Passenger car with roof
- 753 Passenger car with roof
NOTE: THERE IS AN ORIGINAL UNPAINTED 754 OBSERVATION IN OUR OTHER LISTINGS RIGHT NOW.
CONDITION: Original units, repainted. I believe the die cast cab is original, as is the rest, but I cannot be sure as there are excellent repros available and it was repainted when we obtained. The paint job on all is really nice.
