You are looking at a nice Lionel #91 Circuit Breaker. This is a neat accessory disguised as a utility box with a red lamp on top. If you have an early transformer with instructions, you have likely seen these units in the diagrams.
The 91 was offered from 1930-1942, but it came in a few variations. Make sure you have them all.

- All brown, even the base (versus the Mojave version)
-
Brass lamp cover (versus nickel)
- Three terminals (versus two)
These features place it as the later version of this accessory.
This Standard Gauge accessory can be used with your O gauge, though it is a bit large for that at 4" tall. But it is all about fun and a little forced perspective!

CONDITION: C-6. Looks great with some scratches in the original paint, pictured. Light comes on. There is a small area of layout residue or paint rubs on one side of the base. If you squint, you might find a speck in the paint here or there, but overall, this is one of the nicer ones. One of the terminal nuts was off for the pictures, but all three posts will have the nuts on them.
