You are looking at a fun Lionel accessory set offered in 1959 only, the Swimming Pool and Playground Set. This set was manufactured by Bachmann Brothers (aka Plasticville) for Lionel. As you know, there are a few sets such as these put together by Plasticville and marketed by Lionel in Lionel boxes, and they are quite collectible, especially when complete.
Many of these parts are quite small and often missing, but they are all here. The fences are even still in the plastic packaging. Pictures show it all, so enlarge them and look them over good.

CONDITION: C-7+ overall. Kit is complete, and all pieces are in tact. A few light rubs. Poolwater card has a stain. Fences are still in original packaging. The instructions are nice, but show a little wear and the fold line. The BOX is P-6 and has some discoloration, minor tears and rubs. All is pictured. Pictures are considered a part of the description.
