If you only need power, direction control, and control for ONE of the sound functions, then you can save a few bucks by picking THIS one up. Read on and I will tell you how.
If you want whistle/horn OR bell, then just use the BELL button. If you are not getting the horn or the bell, then just reverse your leads, and the bell button will provide the whistle/horn sound. What you cannot do is have whistle/horn AND bell at the same time with this one. Message me if you have questions.

CONDITION: Tested and works--power and direction work great. However, the BELL button is NOT working, but everything else works well. If you just have one sound need, it is not a problem. Very good cosmetic condition. No box. Shows light wear, scratches etc. Will include a COPY of the original instructions.
