You're looking at an Eastwood/ Ertl B518 1/64 Lionelville Wrecker & Hospital Truck. This set includes a Lionelville Hospital car and a Lionelville Garage 24-Hour Towing towtruck. The towtruck measures 4 1/2" long x 2" wide. The hospital car measures 3 1/2" long x 2 1/4" wide.
These cars are great for O scale and will fit right at home with any of your Lionel including the more scale sized MTH Premier, Atlas O, etc.
CONDITION: C-7 There is a mark on the top of the emergency vehicle. P-7 Box has some discoloration from tape and some shelfwear.
