This version has the address "4411" instead of the more common version"Tim's Train Shop 15 East" over the front door.

This limited edition also comes in a box that looks like a Lionel accessory box rather than the Department 56 box.
CONDITION: C-8. Hard to tell if used. Has some minor chipping around the hole for the light and some light rubs. In original box. With original tag.
