Here is a nice CLEAN Lionel postwar original LW transformer. Can you think of another Lionel transformer that has as much power flowing through ONE line?? Even the ZW has the power divided by 4. This one has 125 watts going through one channel. AND it has the retro and totally vintage looking lighted dial and a clear handle.
It is so much easier to push a button for the whistle and direction rather than to twist a handle! This was a well engineered transformer from the thick of the Golden Era--1957-1958.
