You are looking at a Lionel 6461 transformer flat with the die cast depressed center base. The insulators are all here.

CONDITION: Car is somewhere between C6 and C7. Good paint on flat, good printing, though just a hair light in places. The original decals on the transformer load are mostly all here--just a little area of edge rub off. Wheels and trucks show a little wear. Some minor scratches here and there. Insulators are all intact. The BOX is more like P5ish with softness, creasing, a flap torn off and one missing inner side flap.
