You are looking at a colorful Marx B&LE boxcar with the tab and slot couplers. This one is the medium brown verison with white letters.
The Bessimer boxcars are like the (Lionel) 6464s of the Marx world. They are very collectible and come in many different colors and variations. It is fun to collect them all.
