You are looking at a neat tinplate accessory. Super brick detail--and how about that ivy??
This is the tinplate Meccano Hornby series small brick cottage that has lots of great lithography. I have never known if I should consider this one a work shed or a cottage. I believe it came in Hornby train accessory sets as well as by itself.
