You are looking at a super MTH TINPLATE TRADITIONS release from the earliest days of MTH's tinplate offerings. This is the REMAKE of the classic Lionel Set #192 which was a set of "bungalows" or houses and a larger "Manor". These will match up with the MTH Lionel Corporation, original prewar Standard Gauge and other Tinplate Traditions.
The original set #192 of the villas included four buildings that Lionel also offered separately: 189, 191, and two 184s.
Grab this sweet stuff when you can.

- NOTE: The box says that there is a strobing beacon light, but I am assuming this is an MTH misprint as there is no strobe light in this set that I am aware of.
CONDITION: C-7+/C-8. Buildings look nice. They do show some signs of use: minor paint cracks on chimney; some paint rubs; cut wires on bottom of one building; a little paint texture on the roof of the biggest house.
