This is an earlier MTH tinplate item. As such, it is not one you see for sale all that often.
It is a remake of the old classic Lionel Standard Gauge #200 series freight car, number 214, the yellow with brown roof and nickel trim version. It is a very cool double door automobile furniture boxcar.
This one says MTH 214 and Automobile Furniture.
Use it with any standard gauge, and it will be right at home. You can run it with the original or add it to the MTH tinplate cars you have.
