This car was ONLY available in 2006 at the National Convention Banquet at the Train Collector's Association San Antonio, Texas national convention. To get this car, you would have had to be THE WINNER at your table that night. That is the only way.
This car was made with WHITE lettering.
AND there have been NO mass marketed SA&AP cars ever made in O gauge. This one features some prototypical markings.
