You are looking at a super beachside / vacation themed O gauge accessory last shipped from MTH in 2008. It is one of the harder to find of the modern buildings.
This building reminds me of those great roadside and beachside candy and fudge shops we stop at on family vacations. What a cool reminder of that on our layouts!
