You are looking at a really cool Santa Fe passenger car, a 4-4-2 Sleeper, the Tsankawi. I am not sure of the manufacturer.
This one is tough to find in any condition. It is not often for sale on Ebay.

CONDITION: C-6. Has rubs and some decal chips. The roof is not all the way flush, and I did not want to push it, so I will leave that to you. Some glue residue. No box. Does have couplers and trucks.
