You are looking at a great oil yard accessory that I believe was either low production or a small custom run. The base is made of heavy wood, and is actually nicely detailed on the sides. The tank is primed and painted, undecorated gray. Leave as it is for that industrial look, weather it, or paint it for your company. There is room to add two more if you want to use tank cars you had bought for parts!
