You are looking at a vintage 761 operating Semaphore.
This is the accessory where the signal raises and lowers and changes colors (based on the raising and lowering).
This accessory can operate many different ways. It often came with two 696 pressure plate type trips. Sometimes with the 670s. There are other ways to operate them as well such as the Lionel 153IR or insulated rail sections.
We have included TWO #697 track trips. I know there is only one in the main shot, but you will get two.

CONDITION: Tested and works. Some scratches in the dark green base. Vintage, signs of use. The track trips work, show some wear and oxidation to the tops from use; we have cleaned the bottom metal plates for you. Ready to use.
