This is just what you need to be able to operate your accessory whether it is the 153 block signal, 151 sempahore, 45 N gateman, 450 signal bridge, or the 152 crossing gate or many others. may also work with some Marx accessories.
Introduced in 1946, the 153C is a single-pole, double-throw track activator controlled by the weight of a passing train.
Interesting fact: It was originally constructed to work with the 153 block signal. It replaced the number 41 accessory contactor.
CONDITION: C-6. Original contactor shows some playwear and a few spots of oxidation. Clips are clean and spring works. Otherwise, clean and working. Does show some oxidation, scratches and light surface rust, but does not impact operation.
