Only Available 35 Years Ago at the NMRA Convention
Here is one that you do not see available very often.
This is a neat car last offered at the National Model Railroaders Convention in 1987 held in Eugene, Oregon. It was made by Weaver Quality Craft Models for the convention that year.
The trucks have springs. I tracked it on three rail O gauge track. I do not know if it will roll on two rail O. It is often tough to tell the difference just looking at the trucks.
It is in the original box though the box shows a little bit of shelfwear.
FEATURES:
- Prototypical PS-2 Hopper
- Sprung trucks
- "Full Steam to Eugene"
- FSTE 1987
- With weights glued inside as pictured
- Kadee scale knuckle couplers (not compatible with Lionel style trucks, though you could change them out if desired).
