You are looking at the out of production Williams Steam Sound Board, #00246. This one is from quite a few years ago and is new old stock from our shop. It allows you to add whistle and bell sound to your O gauge steam locomotive. As you can see, it comes with the double stick tape for mounting in your tender.
Yours comes new in box with original box and paperwork including STEP BY STEP INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
